How do I become a member of F&S Luxembourg?

F&S offers 12- and 6 months membership cards. If you, for instance, pay a 6 month membership fee in October, it will be valid until the end of March the following year. If you pay for 12 months, it will be valid until the end of September.

When you have become a member you have unlimited access to all F&S sessions and can workout as much as you like every week. You can also buy 5-session cards for €40.

Over 12 years to participate in adult sessions

To participate in F&S Luxembourg's adult sessions you have to be more than 12 years old. If you are younger you are welcome to participate in the Junior sessions who target 6 to 12 year olds or in the Family sessions, who target children and their parents between 2 and 6 years old.

To participate in the Barbell sessions you need to be more than 15 years old.

Family sessions

To participate in the Family sessions the children need to be members of Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg (parents participate for free). The fees are € 40 for 6 months and € 70 for 12 months. Children must have had their 2nd birthday to participate.

Junior sessions

Children who have had their 6th birthday are welcome to the Junior sessions. The fees are € 40 for 6 months and € 70 for 12 months.

Important form to fill in

For insurance reasons you have to fill in and sign this form. As Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg is part of the European Commission's Cercle Sportif we have to report how many EU officials are apart of our organisation. It is, therefore, very important that you state if you are an EU official (or married to one or the child of an official) or not.

Please bring the form to the next session together with the proof of payment and give it to one of the hosts. Without this form your membership is not valid and you cannot receive your membership card.

Holidays

Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg offers session all year around. However, as most sessions are offered in sportshalls, which belong to schools there is a limited offer during school holidays.

In the summer Friskis&Svettis offers sessions in Parc de Merl for adults, as well as at least one indoor session in the evening.

Sessions for children are offered during the school year.

Payment

Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg does not accept any cash payments. Please make a bank transfer to Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg's account at Dexia LU72 0027 1507 3573 7100. If you pay from another country than Luxembourg the BIC/SWIFT code is BILLLULL . Please make sure you have indicated your name clearly on the slip. You will receive your membership card at one of the following sessions. Don't forget to fill in the insurance form ( see information above).
