3. Take advantage of the wellness hour

Many people have the privilege of having a wellness hour at work, but it is easy not to prioritize the time when there is much else to be delt with. Book the training in the calendar, just like any other meeting. Then it is much easier that it gets done.

4. Transport training

Jog home from work instead of taking the bus or the car, so you have the training done for the day. Then you can also clear your head and recharge with new energy after the working day.

5. Morning training

Are you often tired and have no energy in the evening after work and trying to fit things into your life puzzle? Try to set the alarm clock a little earlier and do a quick class on the living room floor. Or why not go for a short run. Then you do not risk having to prioritize other things coming up during your work hours making you miss out on your training.
