In Barbell soft you work on the stability and strength of your whole body. You decide your own level of strain as it’s up to you to choose the weights. Barbell soft is a great combination of strength and music.
At Barbell soft, you will have plenty of time to get into each exercise and the instructor's focus is on helping you to find the best way to tackle the exercises with a good technique. This session is particularly suitable if you are new, unaccustomed, or if you prefer to train at a stress-free pace.
