Take a moment for yourself and join a guided journey of discovery in your body and in your surroundings. Start right outside the door or go to a place you enjoy to start the soundtrack and start your walk. With Yoga walk in your headphones, you go at your own pace and listen to the instructions. On five occasions, you will be guided to stop and do a few simple exercises at your own pace. The movements are instructed step by step so that you can follow by listening no matter how accustomed you are to yoga before.
Depending on your walking pace, the walk will be about 2-2.5 kilometers long. All exercises are performed standing up. You can choose whether you want to listen to Yoga walk in your browser or via your own account in Soundcloud.
