You shape the Friskis&Svettis training

As a leader or coach within Friskis&Svettis, your personality is always part of the non-profit assignment. Almost all of our group workouts are frameworks that each leader fills with their own songs, movements, and ideas.

By building knowledge about training and leadership from scratch, instead of teaching a completed workout, each leader's commitment is grown to the maximum. How do you want to shape your passport?

Licensing after the training

After the training it is time for licensing, a kind of run-up, where your knowledge is put to the test. Licensing is done to keep together the experience of each form of training and to ensure quality in the training. Once you get your license, you can start to lead and instruct!

150 courses per year

All Friskis&Svettis programs are developed and implemented by Friskis&Svettis Riks. In this way we know that all leaders and trainers get the same solid knowledge base to stand on. In one year we hold about 150 different courses, inspiration days, in-depth studies and convention with a total of almost 6,000 leaders, coaches and hosts!
