New name - same great training. It may seem like a small thing, but we like to call things what they actually are. So from 1 January 2024, Cross Strength & Run will become Cross Running for short.
We talk about straightforward outdoor training. Cross running is the session where we run strength stations at different outdoor locations that the group gets to by running together. At the stations we work with our own body, or nature, as a load. The exercises are often pulse-raising and focus on strength.
Cross running is suitable for those who have been out running before and who want a versatile workout where you train both fitness and strength. The session offers a lot of drive and training feeling and you get the opportunity to challenge at your level. The pep from the leader and the group makes you last a little longer!
