We are planning to set up an electronic membership card system during the autumn. To set the system up, and to be able to supply you with your new card, we do need your email address. Since we do not have all our member's email addresses we kindly ask everyone of you to supply it.

If you are a new member, or prolonging your membership please don't forget to fill in the "New Membership" form before paying the fees.

Please be assured that your Email address will never be shared with anyone outside Friskis. Further on we promise not to harass you with promotional Email of any kind. The address could be used though, to share essential and important information, especially now during the current pandemic situation.
