About the session

Comfortable full body session involving a chair as support and as part of the equipment, taking place both both standing and seated. Suitable for those who are older but also for anyone regardless of age that wants to exercise with a little extra care for body and mind. Thanks to the chair, you can relieve the joints and get balance help when you need it. Exercise with a chair also makes it possible to move in both a powerful and gentle way. The leader guides and encourages you and the music creates a feeling of lift and energy.

Equipment: Stable chair with backrest, or equivalent
