Coreflex soft is functional training at its best! It is an active flow and the music guides you through the class. Perhaps the name reminds of you something? We have simply taken the best of the mobility training in Flex and combined it with the stability training in Core.
The feeling is focused and soft. You work out without gear, but with your own body as the weight, while being close to the floor or standing up. Always with guiding leadership.
At Coreflex soft you have plenty of time to get into each exercise and the instructor is focused on helping you find the correct moves in the exercises. The workout fits everyone, from beginners to those working out regularly.
