Covid Schedule 2020 (Members only) but you are always welcome to book a test class

Join our ZOOM classes. Just imagine; the best of Friskis brought to your home. All you have to do is to register before the class and then join the meeting and follow the links in the booking confirmation.

Please note that you will have to book your ZOOM class to receive the link and access code.

Here are some more useful info about the session:
- These are live sessions so please try to be on time.
- Participants will be muted on entry so they won't disturb the session. If they have any comments or encouragements for the instructor there is a chat option for them.
- We recommend that you keep your cameras on so that you can all see each other (but if you'd rather keep it off you are free to do so of course)
- We also recommend that you set your Zoom to speaker view (rather than gallery view) so that you can focus on following the instructor (but again if you prefer you can set it to gallery view instead)
- If you plan on following the session on your phone rather than on a laptop then we recommend that you first download the zoom app.
